ADT Ecommerce

As the nation’s largest home security monitoring company, ADT has traditionally sold home security systems through third party dealers and the phone channel. ADT launched an initiative to introduce eCommerce capability to its general website in 2018. An initial exploration focused on the sale of ADT’s home security packages, with the scope being refined to the online sale of its new cybersecurity offering, Identity Theft Protection.

MY ROLE
Visual UI Design

HOME SECURITY PACKAGES
The sale of home security packages would allow customers to customize their own packages. Working with a UX designer, I produced high fidelity designs for an eCommerce flow that encompassed product detail, serviceability, product configuration, shopping cart and checkout pages.
